Land Records. Lowell, Bartlett and Reuben Lowell. Release and quit claim interest in property to their brother Samuel Lowell, 1824.
Bartlett Lowell and Reuben Lowell, Jr., quit claim their interest in portion of land owned by their deceased father, Joshua B. Lowell, to their brother, Samuel. Joshua B. Lowell died on 12 March 1821. In 1824, after the death of their mother in 1822, his three adult sons divided his property among themselves so that each adult son would have their own home farm.
