  Notes	She was living as his widow in 1685 or 1686. (Essex Co. Prob. Rec., Mass., 5; 142) Confusion currently exists regarding the wives of Richard. Data presented here is contained in Delmar R. Lowell's The Historic Genealogy. No additional records have yet been found re. exact birth, death and marriage dates for these two "Margarets". It is also not clear which Margaret was the mother for the third and fourth of Richard's children. This issue will not be resolved until additional records are hopefully discovered. [1]
