"HOLDUP" ARREST MADE
"Arthur Gann, 38 years old, a farmer living on the Sam McCoy farm, two miles east of the Afton pavement, between here and Fairland, was arrested late this afternoon by Deputy Sheriff Gerald Hodge as the man who allegedly held up E. R. Davis, a passing motorist, on the Fairland road today. He was believed to be in an intoxicated condition at the time of his arrest. He is being held for investigation. Nothing was taken from Davis."
